The Phresh Hyper Fan earned its reputation the hard way - it was one of the first EC fans that was genuinely quiet at usable airflow, and it is still the benchmark a lot of growers measure other fans against. The V2 refined the motor and controller, and the silenced version wraps it in acoustic insulation for rooms where noise is the priority.
- Hyper Fan V2 EC: High pressure, low noise EC extraction - the fan the brand is known for. See all EC fans.
- Hyperfan Silenced EC V2: The same fan in an acoustically insulated housing for rooms where sound carries.
- Carbon filters: Phresh premium carbon filters and the inline filter for in-duct odour control - browse carbon filters.
- Intake filters: Phresh intake filters to keep dust, pollen and pests out of passive and active air intakes - see intake filters.
- Spares: Genuine replacement parts for the EC Hyper Fan V2.
Why choose Phresh?
Static pressure. A lot of quiet fans go quiet by simply moving less air. The Hyper Fan holds its airflow when pulling through a carbon filter and a length of ducting, which is the only condition that matters in a real grow room.
Phresh FAQs
Is the silenced version much quieter?
Noticeably, yes - the insulated housing takes the edge off motor and air noise. In a room next to living space it is worth the extra.
Do I still need a silencer with a Hyper Fan?
Often not. If your ducting run is long or has tight bends, adding a silencer will still help.
Why use an intake filter?
It keeps dust and pests out of the tent and stops your carbon filter clogging prematurely from the intake side.
