Can-Fan are one of the original names in grow room extraction, and the reason people still ask for them by name is noise. The Isomax and Q-Max are built as acoustic units rather than a bare inline fan with insulation added afterwards.

Static pressure, not just airflow
A fan's headline m³/h figure is measured with nothing attached. Put a carbon filter and five metres of ducting on it and a weak fan collapses. Q-Max and Isomax are built for that resistance, which is why they hold their airflow where cheaper fans do not.
