The Athena Pro Line feed chart
Per litre of water — millilitres for the liquids, grams for the powders. Veg here is four weeks and flower nine, which is the commonest UK cycle. If yours is longer or shorter, the calculator fits the same schedule to it rather than simply running out.

Target pH 5.8 to 6.2 in coco and rockwool, 6.0 to 6.4 in peat. Pro Core and Pro Grow or Bloom are the base; Cleanse is printed as a band of 5 to 13 ml per 10 litres and the figure here is the low end of it. Pro Balance is listed by Athena as “use as pH up” with no per-litre rate at all, so the amount shown is our estimate for the shopping list rather than a published dose.
It does not ramp, and that is the whole point
The Pro program sits at a flat EC 3.0 for the entire run. Veg week one to the last week of flower, the same figure every week. Athena print it that way deliberately: run high, run steady, and let the plant take what it needs rather than chasing it up a curve.
That is the opposite of almost every other chart on this site, and it is what growers coming from a ramped feed get wrong. They start Pro at a gentle EC because it feels sensible, and end up feeding roughly a third under Athena’s own figure through veg. The dose does not build here. It starts where it finishes.
And if you are making up a stock concentrate, the number is 226 grams per litre, not 240. Two pounds of powder into a US gallon of water looks like 240 g/L on paper, which is where that figure comes from. But the powder displaces volume: 907 g dissolved at 226 g/L makes just over four litres, not the 3.79 you started with. 226 is the concentration you actually end up with, which is why it is the one printed on Athena’s own tables. Their other two make-up strengths are 113 and 282 g/L.
Mix to the EC, not to the millilitres
The doses above assume your water starts at zero. UK tap water usually sits between 0.3 and 0.5 EC before you add anything, and that counts towards the targets in the last column.
So on tap water you will reach the chart’s own EC with slightly less nutrient than it prints. Use the doses to get close and the meter to know. On RO, the printed figures are the ones to run.
What a full Athena Pro Line run costs
For a common UK setup, nine plants in 3 gallon Quick Fill coco bags, four weeks of veg and nine of flower, the whole cycle comes to about £176 across 5 products, mixing roughly 1,500 litres of feed.
The single biggest line on that bill is Athena Pro Bloom at around £66. That is worth knowing before you order, because it is usually the additives rather than the base that decide what a run costs.

Which Athena line should I be on?
Blended is the liquid two-part and the easier of the two to run: bottles, no mixing, and a chart that ramps. Pro is dry salts you make up into a stock concentrate yourself, which is more work up front and considerably cheaper per litre once the grow is any size.
