Advanced Nutrients

Advanced Nutrients Coco Sensi is Grow then Bloom A+B, built around their pH Perfect bases. The chart below is Advanced Nutrients’ own schedule, with the doses week by week. Underneath it, our free calculator fits it to your pot size, plant count and cycle length, and works out exactly how much you need to buy.

The AN Coco Sensi — Beginner feed chart

Millilitres per litre of water. Veg here is four weeks and flower nine, which is the commonest UK cycle. If yours is longer or shorter, the calculator fits the same schedule to it rather than simply running out.

Target pH 5.5 to 6.5. Grow and Bloom are never mixed in the same solution — it is a straight switch at 12/12.

Beginner or Advanced is a bigger decision than the brand

Advanced Nutrients publish the same range at two grower levels. The Beginner schedule above is the shorter product list. The Advanced one adds more boosters and, for the same nine-plant coco grow, works out at roughly double the cost of the run.

Both are in the calculator, priced separately, so you can see the size of that fork before you commit to it rather than after. It is a larger swing than switching brand entirely.

Why there is no target EC on this chart

Advanced Nutrients print no target EC on this schedule. Their pH Perfect bases are designed to buffer the solution themselves, so their own instructions have you neither adjusting pH nor chasing an EC number — you follow the millilitres. Where a manufacturer publishes no EC, this calculator shows none rather than inventing one.

What a full AN Coco Sensi run costs

For a common UK setup, nine plants in 3 gallon Quick Fill coco bags, four weeks of veg and nine of flower, the whole cycle comes to about £375 across 6 products, mixing roughly 1,500 litres of feed.

The single biggest line on that bill is AN B-52 at around £95, against £94 for the base feed itself. That is worth knowing before you order, because it is usually the additives rather than the base that decide what a run costs.

The calculator prices your actual grow rather than this example, and prices the other fifteen brands alongside it, so you can see what you are paying for.

Which Advanced Nutrients line should I be on?

Coco Sensi is the coco line. Sensi Soil is the soil equivalent, and the 3-Part Grow, Micro and Bloom is their classic mix-your-own system that runs in any medium. Each comes in a Beginner and an Advanced schedule.

  • AN Coco Sensi — Advanced — The Beginner chart plus Tarantula, Piranha, Rhino Skin, Sensizym, Bud Candy, Tasty Terpenes and a Flawless Finish flush. AN’s pH Perfect bases buffer the solution themselves, so there is no target EC printed and no pH adjusting on their instructions.
  • AN Sensi Soil — Beginner — Sensi Grow then Bloom A+B, with B-52, Voodoo Juice, Big Bud and Overdrive. AN’s pH Perfect bases buffer the solution themselves, so there is no target EC printed and no pH adjusting on their instructions.
  • AN Sensi Soil — Advanced — The Beginner chart plus Tarantula, Piranha, Rhino Skin, Sensizym, Bud Candy, Tasty Terpenes and a Flawless Finish flush. AN’s pH Perfect bases buffer the solution themselves, so there is no target EC printed and no pH adjusting on their instructions.
  • AN 3-Part — Beginner — Grow, Micro and Bloom together, veg to harvest. The same three bottles all the way through, so nothing is switched at the flip. AN’s pH Perfect bases buffer the solution themselves, so there is no target EC printed and no pH adjusting on their instructions.
  • AN 3-Part — Advanced — The Beginner chart plus Tarantula, Piranha, Rhino Skin, Sensizym, Bud Candy, Tasty Terpenes and a Flawless Finish flush. AN’s pH Perfect bases buffer the solution themselves, so there is no target EC printed and no pH adjusting on their instructions.

The calculator only ever lists the lines that suit the medium you pick, so you cannot accidentally run a soil chart in coco.
