Recommended Hanging Heights

For best results, begin at 100–80 cm above canopy level. As plants mature, gradually reduce the distance to 50–30 cm, adjusting output and height depending on crop sensitivity. Younger plants require gentler light (higher positioning, lower wattage), while flowering crops benefit from higher output and more distance. Always monitor and adjust to your specific environment.
