The ControlLED Dio-Tech 830W is a high performance adjustable spectrum LED grow light built for growers who want precise control, proven efficiency, and real engineering behind the product.

Unlike fixed spectrum LEDs, the Dio-Tech allows the spectrum to be actively changed throughout the plant lifecycle. This makes it possible to run a single fixture from vegetative growth through flowering without compromise.

Built with Intent, Not White Label

ControlLED place a strong emphasis on real world performance and transparency. The Dio-Tech 830W has undergone independent third party testing using state of the art integrating sphere and goniophotometer equipment.

This is a deliberately engineered lighting solution, not a generic white label fixture. Design choices around spectrum, diode selection, and control systems are made with performance in mind.

Adjustable Spectrum Control

The Dio-Tech 830W features four pre set light spectrums, allowing growers to tailor output to each growth stage at the press of a button. 

V1 mode is optimised for vegetative growth, delivering a predominantly blue spectrum that encourages tighter internodal spacing, stronger stems, and more flowering sites. Output can be dimmed right down for young plants.

Flowering modes increase red and near red output, activating all diodes to drive strong flower development, improved fruit formation, and enhanced resin production.

Primary and Satellite Control

The Dio-Tech 830W Primary fixture can be used as a standalone unit or used to control up to 49 Satellite fixtures. When connected, all Satellites mirror the spectrum, dimming, and timing of the Primary automatically.

When used with a compatible ControlLED controller, a single system can manage up to 200 Satellite fixtures via WiFi control.

Optional UVA & Far Red Infill Bar Upgrade

The Dio-Tech 830W supports optional Dio-Tech 100W UVA & Far Red Infill Bars, allowing the spectrum to be expanded deeper into the canopy.

These infill bars plug directly into the main fixture and are powered and controlled by the Primary unit. No external timers or additional power supplies are required.

UVA can be safely run throughout the flowering photoperiod and is associated with increased resin, terpene, and flavonoid production. Far Red diodes enable the Emerson Effect, increasing photosynthetic efficiency when combined with deep red light.

Dimming and Control Options

Onboard dimming is included as standard, alongside spectrum selection via the LCD panel. The fixture is compatible with most 0 to 10V lighting controllers and supports daisy chaining up to 49 units.

This unit is not compatible with TrolMaster systems due to channel limitations.

Optional Lighting & Environment Controller

The ControlLED Dio-Tech 830W can be connected to the ControlLED Lighting & Environment Controller for advanced system-wide control.

When paired with the controller, the Dio-Tech 830W can be centrally managed alongside other ControlLED fixtures, allowing automated dimming, sunrise and sunset simulation, and dual-room operation from a single interface.

This setup is ideal for growers running multiple fixtures or separate grow spaces who want consistent lighting schedules and simplified control.
