IONIC Tonic delivers calcium in three forms, including chelated for a rapid dose, with chelated iron to drive chlorophyll production. L-form amino acids aid recovery to full health, and seaweed extracts work against stress with natural growth enhancers.
Use alongside any base feed. Unlike the base Grow and Bloom feeds, Tonic isn't a full nutrient on its own — it's a top-up, dosed differently depending on your growing medium and water type.

- Grower Notes
- Coco growers should treat Tonic as routine from week 3, since coco is inert and doesn't hold calcium and magnesium the way soil does. Hard water growers should only add it where a deficiency actually shows — the Hard Water range is already built to handle hard water's own mineral content.
How Tonic is used, by medium

Good practice
- Add products to the water one at a time, stirring between each. Never mix concentrates neat.
- Keep any stored solution covered — light in stored solution eventually means algae.
- Measure every dose — eyeballing is where most feed problems start.

Do I need Tonic with every IONIC feed?
Not always. It's a routine part of the coco schedule and the mid-flowering weeks in soil and standard hydro, but on hard water it's only needed if you see a deficiency.
