The SonicAir Pro Humidifier produces large volumes of water vapour mist to control the humidity levels in bigger grow room environments with ease. Controlling humidity to suit each stage of a plant's life cycle is key to avoiding health problems and improving overall yield.
Good news — the Pro already has a float valve built in
The Pro has a water intake rather than a tank, with its own internal float valve, so it tops itself up and shuts off on its own. All it needs is a tank and a hose. Here is how the range fits together:
- Sonic Air PRO Humidifier — you are here. 6.5 L/hr, internal float valve, connects straight to a header tank.
- Gravity Fed Humidifier Refill Kit — what to pair it with. 50L FlexiTank, 3m hose and connectors in one box. Choose the plain 50L Tank + 3m Hose option; the Pro does not need the float valve version.
- Sonic Air Humidifier 23L — the smaller sibling. 1.44 L/hr with a 23L on-board tank, for tents rather than rooms.
- Sonic Air 23L Float Valve — for the 23L only. You do not need this with the Pro.
Fill the tank with RO or distilled water. Ultrasonic humidifiers atomise whatever is in the water, so tap water scales the discs, leaves white dust across the room, and voids the warranty.
The SonicAir Pro has a 6" directional spout and a maximum output of 6.5 litres per hour. It has a water intake instead of a tank, so you are not checking water levels regularly. The mist can be directed through 360 degrees to aim at low humidity areas, and can even be connected to a piece of ducting for greater accuracy.
It comes with an automatic shut-down feature to prevent damage to your grow room should it malfunction, and the ceramic ultrasonic disks are replaceable, so it is fully serviceable and long-lasting.
