How is displayLINK powered?
By Power over Ethernet (802.3af/802.3at) over a single RJ45 cable, which carries power and data together. The supplied DC adapter is the alternate option if you are connecting over Wi-Fi instead of PoE.
Where should I mount displayLINK?
In the hallway outside the grow room, beside the entry, not inside the grow room itself. Grow room humidity and wash-down will shorten the panel's life.
What does Nova AI do on the panel?
Nova is Growlink's built-in AI assistant. Ask it what changed in the room and what to do next, and it answers from your live Growlink data.
Can displayLINK run other apps?
Yes. Alongside the standard room dashboard, it runs any app built on the Growlink Builder platform full-screen.
Does displayLINK need its own climate sensors to work?
It has on-board temperature, humidity and light sensing, but its dashboard is built to show live data from your connected Growlink sensors in that room. On-panel readings can differ slightly from room sensor data, since the panel reads hallway air and picks up its own heat.
What's the warranty on displayLINK?
One year, supported through Growlink's own technical service.

Installation
displayLINK mounts to a standard vertical double-gang box using the included Bracket U. Growlink's guidance is to mount it in the hallway outside the grow room rather than inside it, since grow room humidity and wash-down will shorten the panel's life. Once powered, the panel starts in the Growlink setup screen: join the network, sign in with your Growlink account and assign it to a room, and that room's live dashboard loads full-screen.
