Description
The Dosatron D25WL2IEVVFPO is a water-powered proportional dosing injector from the Dosatron Water Line range, engineered specifically for the accurate injection of polymers and viscous fluids — without the need for electricity.
Operating entirely on water pressure and flow, this unit doses proportionally at all times, ensuring consistent and accurate injection regardless of flow variation. The D25WL2IEVVFPO features external dosing (IE), meaning the concentrate or polymer is dosed outside the pump housing — preventing viscous fluids from entering and clogging the pump internals. Combined with VF (Viton) seals, a blue polyacetal body, an increased-diameter suction unit (V-kit), and special external injection, this unit is built for demanding, continuous-duty polymer dosing applications.
Self-priming at suction with no electrical supply required — ideal for remote or outdoor installations.
For optimum performance, the Dosatron DMIX25 Dynamic Mixer is recommended for use after this unit to maximise homogenisation of the water/polymer mixture.
