CANNA PK 13/14 is a mixture of top quality nutritional minerals that stimulate flowering. It's easy to use and makes for high yields.
PK 13/14 is suitable for any growing medium. Furthermore, it only needs to be applied once to the nutrient reservoir.
Phosphorus and potassium do specific jobs during flowering: phosphorus drives the energy transfer that builds new cell structure in developing flowers, while potassium manages water and sugar movement through the plant. Both are already present in a normal base feed, but PK 13/14 delivers them in a concentrated, rapidly-absorbed form for the short window when flower formation is at its most demanding.
That's also why it's dosed once per reservoir rather than at every feed — phosphorus and potassium are needed in a spike, not a constant top-up, and adding it on top of an already-balanced base feed every watering pushes past what the plant can use and risks a nutrient lockout instead of bigger flowers.
