Submersible pumps for moving nutrient solution. Which one you need depends on how far the water has to climb, not on how many plants you have.
- Aquaking Q2007 - 3600 LPH | 200w | 5m head height

- Aquaking Q5503 - 11000 LPH | 550w | 8.5m head height
- Aquaking Q800103 - 3 bar, about 30m head. Circa 43 PSI. The only one in this range that will run a FloraFlex dripper system in its proper window.
Which One For Drippers?
FloraFlex micro drippers are pressure compensating. They start regulating at 15 PSI and run best between 25 and 35. The Q2007, Q4003 and Q5503 all give you around 11 PSI, so they sit under that.
Small tent, up to 1.5m x 1.5m, with the reservoir alongside. The Q4003 will run it. Under spec, and watering will be less even than it should be, but plenty of growers run exactly this and are happy with it. Two things have to be right. Use the whip kit without the DNL, because a DNL needs 0.8 bar to open and this pump makes 0.78, so with one fitted no water reaches your ring at all. And fit the Manual Flush Kit on the far tee rather than the automatic flush valve, which will not actuate at this flow.
Anything bigger, or the reservoir further away. The Q800103, plus the Rain Bird pressure regulator. The pump pushes about 43 PSI and the emitters should not sit above 40.

Fittings:
- 25mm pipe - nothing needed; you can put the pipe over the included adaptor
- 16mm pipe - get this aqua king coupling.
- Floraflex 16/17mm pipework - you need this floraflex coupling.
- NOTE: For the Q800103, it has a 1" female thread, so if you want a 3/4" male thread, get yourself this 1" to 3/4" male/male Nipple The 1" male thread screws it to the pump leaving you with a 3/4" male thread
For the latter two, you may need to chop off barbed nozzle on the adaptor that's included in the pump (this is normal / how they've been designed)
