Description

The Terploc 20 Gallon White Tote Liner by Grove Bags (75.7L). The bin is not included.

This is a commercial grade storage solution designed to protect high value botanical material during trimming, transport, and storage. Developed after Grove Bags identified significant potency and trichome loss caused by static and friction against standard tote walls, these liners are built to solve that exact problem.

Using advanced TerpLoc® multi-layer technology, each liner creates and maintains a stable internal microclimate while preventing static, oxidation, and microbial growth. The result is better flavour retention, reduced material degradation, and more consistent long term storage.

Simple Mans Definition Of What This Does: Lines your tote so your material does not stick, sweat, or lose quality while it is being stored.

Why Terploc Tote Liners Exist

Traditional plastic bin liners cause sweating, static build-up, and uneven curing, especially around the tote walls. Terploc liners eliminate these issues by controlling humidity and oxygen exchange while protecting delicate surface compounds from damage.

Key Features

  • Powered by TerpLoc® multi-layer film technology
  • Anti-static inner layer to prevent trichome loss
  • Anti-microbial protection to reduce mould risk
  • UV protective structure to prevent degradation
  • Optimised oxygen permeability to slow oxidation
  • Odour containing and contamination resistant
  • Reinforced, puncture resistant construction

Size & Format

  • 20 Gallon tote liner
  • Designed to fit standard 20 gallon storage totes
  • Industrial strength for bulk handling

How To Use

Preparation: Line your empty tote bin with the Terploc liner before loading any material.

Loading: Place botanical material into the lined tote once it has reached an appropriate moisture level.

Short Term Storage: Replace the tote lid as normal.

Long Term Storage: Fold the top of the liner over itself so the material is fully covered without compressing it. Leave some headspace inside the liner, then refit the lid. This helps maintain a stable curing environment.

Recommended Storage Conditions

  • Approximate humidity: 60%
  • Temperature: around 60°F / 15–16°C

Why These Outperform Standard Liners

  • Prevents moisture build-up and sweating
  • Reduces oxidation and flavour loss
  • Eliminates static-related surface damage
  • Handles bulk loads without tearing
  • Protects material even in bright storage environments

These liners are ideal for cultivators, processors, transporters, and anyone handling valuable aromatic or oil rich botanical material at scale.
