Description

Clearance — £25 (normally £35)

Waterproof 10w propagation LED bar, built for the Garden HighPro Probox range.

The Garden HighPro LEDMAXPRO is a slim LED bar built specifically for propagation. Its spectrum is tuned for seeds and cuttings rather than flowering, so you get sturdy, even seedling growth on very little power — a single 10w bar covering 55cm.

Because it runs cool it will not cook young plants in a closed propagator, and at IP66 it shrugs off the humidity and misting that come with a cuttings environment. It is designed to drop straight into Garden HighPro Probox propagation cabinets, but works just as well over trays of microgreens or small plants.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this to flower plants?

No. At 10w with a 14,000 K spectrum it is a propagation light. It is built to root cuttings and raise seedlings, not to drive flowering — for that you need a full-spectrum grow light.

Is it safe around misting and high humidity?

Yes. It is rated IP66, which means it is dust tight and protected against powerful water jets from any direction — comfortably enough for a humid propagator.

Will it fit my Probox propagator?

The LEDMAXPRO system is designed for the Garden HighPro Probox propagation cabinets. The bar itself is 61cm long overall, so check that against your cabinet's internal width if you are fitting it to something else.

Does it get hot?

No. At 10w it generates very little heat, which is the point — seedlings and cuttings sit close to the light without being scorched or dried out.
