- Add first and pre-adjust pH to ~7.0 before adding base nutrients. Don't combine with PK 13/14 — the added potassium can cause lockout.

How to Use CANNA Silica
- Fill & Shake: Fill your primary water tank completely. Shake the CANNA Silica bottle vigorously before use.
- Dose: Add 1–2ml of CANNA Silica per 1 litre of water (10–20ml per 10 litres). Note: this will increase your base EC by 0.25–0.5 mS/cm.
- Pre-Adjust pH: Stir thoroughly, then adjust the reservoir pH to approximately 7.0. This creates the ideal chemical environment before introducing other nutrients.
- Add Base Feeds: Add your regular base nutrients (such as Canna Aqua Vega or Canna Coco) and regular additives according to their labels.
- Final pH Check: Adjust down to your desired target root zone value — 5.2–6.2 for hydro/coco.
