The 19mm Top Hat Grommet lets AutoPot users without access to a 19mm water barrel tap modify the diameter of their tap hole instead. Drill a 23mm hole at the bottom of the tank, insert the grommet, then push 19mm pipe (hosepipe) into it to form the connection.
