Shogun - Sumo ACTIVE Boost

Shogun Fertilisers Sumo Active Boost is a specialist plant support additive developed specifically for use in active hydroponic systems such as DWC and flood and drain setups. It is designed to perform reliably in recirculating environments where solution stability is critical.

Sumo Active Boost is formulated using naturally derived plant compounds that support efficient plant processes and consistent development. This formulation is designed to assist plants during demanding growth stages by supporting nutrient utilisation, water uptake and overall plant performance in controlled environments.

The advanced formulation includes modified amino acids and plant derived components that help maintain stable plant performance when environmental conditions fluctuate, such as changes in temperature or system activity.

Unlike the standard Sumo Boost, Active Boost is produced using a unique emulsion technology. This improves in-tank stability, reduces the risk of dripper blockages and helps maintain solution integrity in nutrient reservoirs for extended periods, making it ideal for automated and recirculating hydroponic systems.

DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Root Application: Add at a rate of 1–2ml per litre during active plant development stages as part of a standard nutrient programme.

Leaf Application: Add at a rate of 2ml per litre and apply to leaves during early development stages, with a repeat application after 28 days if required.

Please Note: For soil or coco hand watering systems, the standard Sumo Boost formulation is suitable. Sumo Active Boost is specifically designed for recirculating and automated hydroponic systems where extended solution stability is required.
