This micron filtration kit is designed for clean and accurate separation of fine botanical and food grade materials. Each bag is colour coded, clearly labelled and built from high quality materials to deliver consistent results every time. Ideal for essential oils, herbs, coffee extractions and general fine filtration tasks.

Micron Bag Options

The kit provides a full range of micron levels for layered filtration. Depending on the set purchased, bags may include:

The core 4 bag system includes Purple 25 micron, Yellow 73 micron, Orange 120 micron and Blue 220 micron.

Easy to Use

Fits easily onto a standard 5 gallon bucket. Stack the bags in the correct order, starting with the smallest micron at the bottom and ending with the largest at the top. Pour your mixture through the layered bags to separate materials from fine to coarse, following the micron order from 25 up to 220.

How to Use

1. Layer your bags from smallest micron at the bottom to largest micron at the top.
2. Add cold water to cover the filtration area.
3. Add your chosen botanical or food grade material along with ice.
4. Stir for 15 to 30 minutes and allow the mixture to rest for another 30 minutes.
5. Lift each bag out one at a time, allow to drain, then turn inside out to collect your filtered material.
