LINKS Monitoring Bundle – canopyLINK + Terralink Substrate Sensors
The LINKS Monitoring Bundle pairs a canopyLINK sensor hub with 1 to 7 Terralink substrate sensors, giving you real-time root-zone data - VWC, EC and temperature - without the valveLINK irrigation controller. This is the monitoring-only version of the LINKS Irrigation Bundle: ideal if you want visibility into your substrate first and plan to add automated irrigation later.
Note this does not come with the Growlink HUB - canopyLINK connects wirelessly to your phone via the Growlink app (a Wi-Fi connection is required). You'll only need a HUB if you want a) a more reliable wired connection from canopyLINK to your router, or b) to add LINKS devices further down the line that require a wired connection.
This bundle uses the current Terralink for the LINKS system - the same reliable TDR sensor, fitted with an M8 connector and 2m cable that plugs straight into canopyLINK. Note: an older Terralink cable from the original PIC controller will not plug in without an M8 male adaptor - we do not sell this. Need more reach? Extend any Terralink with the M8 extension 5m cable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this bundle include irrigation control?
No - this is the monitoring-only bundle. It does not include a valveLINK controller, so it won't automate irrigation on its own. For monitoring plus automated irrigation, see the LINKS Irrigation Bundle.
Do I need a Growlink HUB?
No. canopyLINK connects wirelessly to the Growlink app over Wi-Fi out of the box. A HUB is only needed for a wired connection or to add LINKS hardware that requires one.
Can I add a valveLINK later to automate irrigation?
Yes - canopyLINK and Terralink work alongside a valveLINK controller at any point, so you can start with monitoring and add irrigation automation whenever you're ready.
Will my old Terralink from a PIC controller work with this?
Not directly - the older PIC-style Terralink cable needs an M8 adaptor to plug into canopyLINK. This bundle ships with the current M8-connector Terralink, which plugs straight in.
