No-nonsense, no frills irrigation hole puncher - its just a moulded bit of blastic with a sharp end which you use to stab the pipe. That's why its 2quid. You might want to get yourself the better Floraflex one instead if you have a fair few holes to punch. Your fingers wil thank you later!
